Areas of Treatment

To see areas of evening mosquito treatments from the past week on a map, please click here. Treatment plans are scheduled on a day to day basis, so future work areas cannot be determined from this system. The mapping system is where the District plans to treat, but it is not always accurate for determining if an area was treated. If an area is scheduled and it is not treated due to weather or technical difficulties, it will not be removed from the system and will continue to show as a planned treatment area. You may see an area listed a couple days in a row which may be a plan to reschedule the treatment. To make a service request click here. If you would like to log a service request, please fill out the information boxes. Under Florida law, e-mail addresses and messages are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address or message released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone at 239-694-2174. The information provided here does not guarantee that treatment will be completed and does not guarantee these are the only areas treatment may occur.  If you live in a gated community, please ensure that your property manager has properly programmed the main entrance gate to respond to Emergency Vehicle Access Control (EVAC) transponders.

Residents within the Lee County Mosquito Control District can subscribe to our phone notification list for adult mosquito treatments by calling the office at 239-694-2174. We will make every attempt to notify individuals who sign up for our notification list via phone, however, we may not be able to notify the public if immediate applications are needed, or if technical difficulties prevent your phone from receiving our messages. We may also cancel a scheduled operation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen reasons.
