Regular Scheduled Board Meeting with a Closed Executive Session

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Lee County Mosquito Control District and the Lee County Hyacinth Control District will hold the monthly Board meeting on December 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM in the Lee County Mosquito Control District Board Room. The opening of the public meeting will convene and the Board will adjourn at 10:30 AM to a closed session in room 202 of the main administrative building at 15191 Homestead Road, Lehigh Acres, Florida for an executive, attorney / client session for the purpose of negotiations or strategy related to litigation. Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public meeting will reconvene in the Lee County Mosquito Control District Board Room.
The meeting will be held per the criteria of Florida Statute, Section 286.011(8). The following individuals will be in attendance at this executive session: Lee County Mosquito Control District Commissioners: Ed Brantley, William M. Ellis, Brian Farrar, Thomas Hart, George T. Mann Jr., Bruce Scott; Attorneys: John A. Noland, Russell P. Schropp, Edward P. Canterbury, Luis E. Rivera; and Executive Director T. Wayne Gale. The closed session of the meeting will be transcribed by a representative of the court reporting firm of Von Ahn Associates, Inc.
